Primary and secondary wall have a big different on their physical properties. Primary wall is very soft and flexible. Secondary wall is very hard. Therefore, the secondary wall's elastic is lower but have a higher tension.

Comments : Cell walls only exist in plants, fungi, algae and prokaryotes; not in animals.
