Attack 1 : Prevent or Predict Flip a coin. If heads, Doctor Who travels back in time to stop himself from losing hit points in the enemy pokemon's last turn. If tails, it travels into the future and finds out the enemies next attack, so it gets no damage.
Attack 2 : Existence Erase Doctor Who travels through time and erases its enemy from existence temporarily, causing it to feel great pain.
Comments : More of a sidekick pokemon, isn't the best fighter. However, if 3 psychic energies are possessed, it can alert it's trainer of the next attack coming.
