Flip a coin. If heads then Volt Charge deals 80 damage to all pokemon 5 times. If heads, than Volt Discharge happens and deals 80 damage and paralyzes the target

Comments : This pokemon followed the same fate as Electrice, but became dark, though really he is not all that bad.
