When feeling threatened, Eugene suddenly spawns an 8 foot spear out his back pocket. Due to his retardation, he pummels the opponent with the wooden side of the spear until dead.
Attack 2 : Rain Dance
If confronted by a female opponent, Eugene will do the Rain Dance which summons enough water to quench his thirst, to gain the energy to defeat the enemy.
Comments : He is inferior to his more evolved form Oliver
