Attack 1 : Instant Transmission Once during your turn (before your attack) you may switch Goku with your Active Pokemon. You may also switch Goku with any of your benched Pokemon if Goku is the Active Pokemon (after your attack).
Attack 2 : Spirit Bomb This attack does 10 damage plus 10 damage for each Benched Pokemon on the field. If there are no Benched Pokemon on the field then this attack does 30 damage and Goku does 10 damage to itself.
