After two unsuccessful trips, Hudson sailed for the Dutch East India Company. After a scuffle with native Americans, Hudson sailed up the river which later bore his name.

Attack 2 : Mutiny
In 1610, Hudson sailed into the Hudson's bay, and discovered a dead end. Stuck in the ice, they spent a cold winter in the bay. In 1611, the crew mutinied and set him adrift in a small dinghy along with his son John and six other crew members.
