-On August 6th the Americans dropped the newly developed WMD, the atomic bomb (Little boy) on Hiroshima. Instantly 75,000 were killed and thousands more afterwards.

Attack 2 : Thundershock
-Three days later the U.S dropped another atomic bomb on Nagasaki, instantly killing 40,000 people.The bombs were dropped by Truman after Roosevelt had died.Did this after the attack on Pearl Harbor by the Japanese.The significance of this is that it paved the way for new technology in warfare. It was the first nuclear bomb to ever be dropped. No other country in WW2 could make nuclear bombs.
