Flip a coin, If heads it starts to snow, your opponent must flip a coin for every turn for 5 turns, if heads this does 20 damage to the affected Pokemon, If tails the Pokemon is frozen, put the opponents card face down side ways in the discard pile, the Frozen Pokemon Stays frozen until a card with a fire attack attacks it doing no damage to the frozen Pokemon, but get rid of the frozen affect to that Pokemon .
