"I'm dyiiing!" shouts Jenny. The enemy Pokemon becomes confused if she is dying or not. They are unable to snap out of confusion and attack and sp. attack is raised to max.
Attack 2 : Insult
Calls the enemy Pokemon rude and says stahp, resulting in its attack being reduced to 0. Opponents pokemon feels depressed, sending them running away flailing with tears. Instead of causing enemy pokemon to faint, they become handicapped and therefore must be taken pokemon center wheelchaired by Teo. It is only able to recover after eating grilled STRING cheese.
