If Banette has 2 psychic energy on it, it may use any move of any non-Mega Pokemon in play. Banette ignores the 'Pokemon Catcher' and the 'Hypnotoxic Laser' cards.

Comments : To use this Mega Evolution, use the "Mega Evolution" card. When a Mega Pokemon dies, your opponent draws 2 prize cards instead of 1.
