Attack 1 : the Legacy Neil was born in Ohio, on August 5th 1930. After battling in the Korean war and finishing college Neil joined a space organization which later became NASA. Neil was the commander for Apollo 11 which was the first lunar mission. Upon that mission he became the first man ever to walk on the moon. Neil Married his wife Janet Shearon in 1956 and had two children with her shortly after their marriage.
