Attack 1 : If your Pikachu has fainted in battle, you may use Pikachu Retriever to retrieve Pikachu and Pikachu may keep fighting. You can only use Pikachu Retreiver once in battle, so if in the next battle he faints, you can use it again. Pikachu Retreiver can also retrieve Pichu and Raichu. Pikachu Retriever won't work on Pokémon other than Pichu, Pikachu, and Raichu.
