If the defending Pokemon is a legendary, that Pokemon is knocked out. If not, flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 100 damage. If tails, the defending Pokemon is paralyzed.

Comments : This special Arceus only evolves from Primal Dialga who evolves from Primal Palkia. It can use both of their powers.
