Pretty self explanatory. The opponent's Pokémon gets cancer and with every move it looses one quarter of its health or 200 hp. It all depends on the persons choice.

Attack 2 : Cringe
You are challenged to a cringe off. If you lose half of you hp goes to the other player's Pokémon of choice. If you win 100 hp of one of their Pokémon goes to you. If the looser does not have enough hp ,the winner may take any of their active or benched Pokémon's.
