Chose one pokémon from the enemy, flip a coin. If it lands on head, Qualuigi's wrath will scare the enemy pokémon so much, it changes sides. If the coin does not land on head, the scarred pokémon will heal Qualuigi to fullhealth.

Attack 2 : Qualuigi's might
Flip a coin, if it lands on head Qualuigi will deal as much damage as the enemy pokémon's health without powerups. if the coin does not land on head, the attack will only deal half of the damage.

Comments : Best friend of Quario but not nearly as powerful.
