Flies into the air and spys on enemy Pokémon. Increases damage by twenty points for the first two moves, then reduces to plus ten on the third turn. Will not apply to enemy psychic Pokémon.

Attack 2 : Scout
Scouts out the enemy for oppressing Pokémon. Damage done to ally Pokémon are reduced by twenty points for the first two turns. Damage then goes up by ten and damage done to ally Pokémon are reduced by ten points. Enemy psychic Pokémon don't apply to this.
