Attack 1 : Retarded Sheild Rigby will lock himself in a freezer, giving him more armor ( 100 damage to destroy ) and it will also give him frozen status if he stays in for 3 turns. Rigby can't attack while in the freezer.
Attack 2 : Rig Juice Rigby will force you to drink his Rig Juice. After that, the defending pokemon is now poisend and confused.
