Attack 1 : Attack
To use the soma's attack you use on one of the enemy's Pokémon. When it uses it attack, it causes the enemy to be loopy for a couple of days. If someone uses its attack non stop it causes them to die after a month or two.

Attack 2 :
To use the defense you use the soma card on one of your Pokémon. Whenever someone feels negative they take soma and it takes there mind off of the bad things and heals them. When you use it regenerates health but you have to skip it's turn.
