The Dog shoots a laser of wisdom to not only make the opposing Pokemon faint, but also absorb all energy used for the attack to make a forcefield around the Dog that nullifies any attack that is not the dog's attack.
Attack 2 : 3-Attack
The Dog picks one of three attacks, First Attack: The Dog steals all energy attached to the opposing pokemon. Attack 2: The dog turns the opposing pokemon into a level one rattata that only knows tackle. Attack 3: the Dog heals all HP and then makes the opposing pokemon faint.
