she can turn into any pokemon in your deck. place the card on her and double her attacks power 2x on the attacks. she gets her power up +10 if her teammates are deafeated or on half health or lower

Attack 2 : misery
by far overpowered move but it causes 15 damage to thunder and she has to move last at the end of the turn but it does a lot of damage. thunder is now miserable.

Comments : Thunder was raised in lavender town and is a happy go lucky kid whos parents dissapeared when she was two and she was raised by ghost pokemon. and was bullied by everyone
