Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Confused and 10 hp is lost every turn that the opponent attacks with his/her card and it takes no affect to this card.
Comments : A fierce wave that destroys everything in it's path. Just one evolution away from the worst of the waves.
