Grizzly bears eat insects, berrys, fish, and even some flowers! Adorable. They mostly eat plants but wont shy away from any meat (dead or alive). Grizzly bears are diurnal, but often will become nocturnal when near human activity to avoid interaction. They may spend up to 20 hours a day foraging to prepare for hibernation. Grizzlies may eat 90 lbs in a day! They gnaw on shed moose antlers for the protein in the bones.
