Attack 2 : net of psychic power Drops a purple looking net (full of psychic powers) on too the enemy which doesn't allow it to move for 5 turns and does 100 damage.
Comments : it is said to be able to jump up to 136 ft. it is also said to be able to trick any pokemon into doing anythinh it wants it to.
