The Toilet Guy has two arms, that's it. When he sees you, he tries to eat you! Flip the coin twice. If you flip head once and tails once, you live. Otherwise, you get eaten by the Toilet Guy. If it lands on its side, then the Rainbow Friends chase you until the end of the round.
