Comments : Yes this is Gary Oak from the Sinnoh League, but still! He IS Zekrom Fusion! His charm enables him to do so(in my eyes!)! Anyways, this person appears in legends. It is said he travels to space when he descovers a asteriod on a collision corse with earth and creates a Lightning Ball by absorbing the energy from thunderclouds filled wth electrons.
