Attack 1 : chill out the chill guy uses its chill so the opponent has to chill out and start going "do do do du doo ah do do do dodo doo" making them skip their turn
Attack 2 : copyright strike after the owner/maker of chill guy copyrighted it. It gained the ability to strike its opponent and then the opponents owner cant use its Pokemon untill after the battle
