flip 2 coins if one is heads and one is tails then the defending pokemon is now paralzed and poisoned. If tails and tails the Defendin pokemon is now paralzed, and if heads and heads then the defending pokemon is now poisened

Attack 2 : evolve keep
evolve into electrifish but keep all of both electrifish and jellyslap's moves. ( This will work for evolving electrifish)

Comments : It lurks underwater, but there is no way to tell it from it's evolved forms because nothing changes about it unless you count the new moves.
