Flip a coin if heads, Giratina phases into the shadow for 2 turns, and heals 20 damage per turn, at the end of these 2 turns Giratina deals 100 base damage plus another 100 damage. if tails Giratina phases into the shadow for 2 turns taking 20 damage per turn, at the end of these turns this attack does 100 damage plus 50 and traps the defending pokemon in the shadow leaving it enable to attack or attach any energy cards to it for 2 turns.
