Attack 1 : tounge grab flip a coin if heads the smoker steals one of your cards and damages it for 5 turns if tails the smoker grabs 2 pokemon and damages them for 1 turn.
Attack 2 : smoke spew the smoker shoots smoke at the enemy and makes them poison for 2 turns
